These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the digital music, donations, downloads, and fan features offered by STACII ADAMS LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase or create an account.

2. Purchases, Donations & Pricing

Music is offered on a "pay-what-you-want" basis within a stated range. Amounts are charged in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card details on our servers. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge shown at the time of purchase.

3. Digital Delivery & License

After a successful payment, you receive access to download the purchased digital content. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and enjoy the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, broadcast, sublicense, or publicly perform the content without written permission.

4. Refunds

Because purchases deliver digital goods immediately and donations are voluntary contributions, all sales are generally final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you experience a problem with your download, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

5. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

6. Text Message (SMS) Program

If you opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated messages (such as order confirmations, fan updates, and tour announcements) at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Tour Dates & Tickets

Tour information is provided for convenience. Ticket sales are handled by third-party providers under their own terms; we are not responsible for third-party ticketing.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest data, or infringe the rights of others.

9. Intellectual Property

All music, artwork, text, and other content on this site are owned by STACII ADAMS LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

10. Disclaimers

The site and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STACII ADAMS LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STACII ADAMS LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which STACII ADAMS LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
